At the current rate, I think every 2 days. So many new buildings start popping up.
Edit: We should light up the other island, in direction to spawn. This will increase efficiency of the mob spawner. Then, we should have a cave hunting mission where we look for caves and mine, and lighting the place up. This will also increase the efficiency of the mob spawner.
